Peaceful apartment in Madrid multicultural city centre. Plenty of window ceilings, exposed wood beams, stone and relaxed furniture. Fourth floor (4 walk-ups), no elevator but stairs aren't too step. Conveniently located, right in the heart of funky and increasingly trendy neighborhood Lavapies. Walk distant to a 3 different subway stations. Silence is gold. NO PARTIES
I am a visual artist. Overall I like my guests to feel at home at my apartments. Currently transitioning from New York to Asturias. My caretaker Elizabeth is in charge of the maintenance. Check-in is provided through smart lock. As for the check-in hours, this should be made after 3pm.
Lavapies is the one of the most multicultural neighbourhoods in Madrid.
