I really liked the space in the living room area, and access to an outdoor little terrace in the middle of the city was great. The person who met us and gave us the keys was helpful and gave good restaurant recommendations. Excellent kitchen and laundry facilities.

Company info

Two different spaces for leisure and relaxation, one below and one above, on both floors there is a living room with a double sofa bed and TV, a bedroom with a double bed and a full bathroom, everything you need to let your mind wander after a busy day of tourism or concentrate on reading, without disturbing or being disturbed. Access to the terrace is on the floor below. Also with the furniture, we wanted to preserve a certain flavor of old Madrid, recovering pieces that transport us far from the uniform decorative modernity. All the textiles, both bedding and towels, are 100% sustainable cotton. You will feel very comfortable in this cozy and warm atmosphere. Perhaps for having stairs inside the attic, it is not the ideal accommodation for small children or elderly people or with difficulty to move. The SI building has an elevator.

This penthouse with two heights, retains the flavor of old Madrid. Its nooks, its exposed wooden beams, its original floors where they have been preserved and their attic and asymmetrical rooms, confer a rare personality, which we have wanted to protect, but providing everything you need to make your stay comfortable and pleasant . The terrace, a jewel for the enjoyment of the Madrid sun, which can be enjoyed much of the day and for much of the year.

The area surrounding the Puerta del Sol is the biggest attraction for tourists who come to visit Madrid and the pure city center.
