The floor tiles and windows with wrought iron grills (called “rejas”) reflect traditional Spanish architecture. On the second level is the first bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, ceiling fan, window with blackout blind and ensuite bathroom with shower. On the third level is the second double bedroom with large wardrobe, air conditioning and double window overlooking the picturesque old town. The rolling shutter and blackout blind help ensure a good night’s sleep. Down the hall is a second bathroom with bath and overhead shower. From this level, access the private rooftop terrace with dining table and comfy chairs, sun loungers and a retractable awning that allows you to choose if you want sun or shade. Beach towels are provided for the sun loungers. The terrace is the perfect spot to watch the sunset, enjoy your morning coffee or alfresco dining or bask in the sun.

Hi! We’re Rosanne and Erwin. We met in the Netherlands where we currently live, in the quaint city of Haarlem. Rosanne grew up in Toronto, Canada, and moved to the Netherlands 15 years ago where she works as a communication strategist. Erwin grew up in the Netherlands and is a physiotherapist who runs his own practice. In our spare time, we love staying fit and being outdoors as much as possible. We adore travel and have visited many countries around the world, including in North and South America, Asia and Africa. Spain, though, remains one of our favourite places, especially the Costa del Sol. We are new to vacation rental hosting (we’ve relied on third parties until now), but we do aspire to be full-time hosts soon. We’re thrilled to host your stay at our cosy Frigiliana home. Called the white village (or pueblo blanco), Frigiliana is known for its white houses and beautifully painted doors. This charming town, with a population of about 3,000 people, has received many accolades over the years. It has been called “the prettiest village in Andalusia” and “one of the 7 rural wonders of Spain”. Frigiliana offers picturesque vistas of the Mediterranean, narrow alleyways adorned with ceramic mosaics, and a Moorish old quarter.
