Apartment Apartment in the best area of Madrid, a step away from the Almudena Cathedral, the Royal Palace and the popular La Latina neighborhood. It is an apartment with a very careful design in which all the details have been taken into account, it has 3 bedrooms with a double bed and 2 complete bathrooms with a shower, giving a maximum capacity of 6 people. Some of the bedrooms are exterior and others are interior, in any case it is a very bright and quiet apartment. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances: oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, plates, cutlery glasses, kitchen utensils... Among the amenities of the accommodation we also find free Wi-Fi, smart TV, washing machine, sheets and towels, free toiletries, iron and ironing board.

Area It is located in a historic building, in a quiet area, next to Jardín de Las Vistillas, the best place to watch a sunset with the country house in the background. A 5-minute walk from the apartment you will find the Almudena Cathedral and the Royal Palace.
