Если появится возможность вновь побывать в Мадриде, то постараюсь забронировать только жти апартаменты! Одни плюсы!!! Для одного-двоих шикарно! Помимо того, что есть всё необходимое для проживания, сделан прекрасный дизайнерский ремонт, комфортно и удобно в студии, большая кухонная зона со всей необходимой утварью и техникой, вплоть до мелочей, больущая кровать, прекрасное лёгкре пуховое одеяло King size, прекрасная душевая кабина с модерновым душем, так ещё и шикарная террасса, загорай, пригласи друзей. Очень важно, что не доносятся звуки работы машин, вывозящих мусорные контейнеры по утрам, соседи- по одной квартире на этаже, никто никому не мешает. До исторического центра и парка 15 минут прогулочным шагом. В 5 минутах метро и автоб.остановки, кафе, ресторанчики, супермаркеты и магазины.
