Luxurious, modern, and new apartment with an amazing view. This wonderful apartment offers two amazing and magnificent terraces with views of the pool area, mountains, and sea view. Access to beautiful 18-hole golf courses. If you are looking for a perfect and cozy stay in a unique environment and at the same time centrally located - this is the right place! This stunning resort and apartment is completely new and furnished in a very modern style. The apartment has much daylight and an amazing view from all rooms. This attractive and high standard apartment is located in an unique area - between Benalmadena Pueblo and Arroyo de la Miel. The apartment is the perfect choice for guests who are searching for a combination of beaches, shopping, great food & wine experiences, sports facilities, golf, and a huge selection of attractions for both children and adults. Guests will have a convenient position from where to explore Marbella, Puerto Banus, Estepona, or Benalmadena Costa. You will feel silence, serenity, and comfort as soon as you are in this apartment.
The beach, harbor, and golf club are a few minutes from the property and you will also be in the middle of Benalmadena City where you will find many restaurants/cafes, clubs, bars, souvenir shops, yachts, and many cozy places to enjoy a traditional tapas in the sunny atmosphere. Bil Bil Golf Club offers 18-hole courses in a beautiful atmosphere and all guests will be able to choose and participate in fitness classes which include: Zumba fitness, Pilates Mat, GAP, Circle fitness (indoor), and children between 6-12 years old can participate in Zumba for kids classes. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need including a video door phone.
Storage room with washing machine. Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom including bathtub, double bed, safety box, and access to south-west facing terrace. Babycot can be arranged. Terraces: the east-facing terrace includes a table and two chairs to enjoy a perfect sunrise over Arroyo de la Miel. The southwest-facing terrace includes a very comfortable lounge area, couch, dining table, two chairs, high-standard sunbeds, and a big lantern. This is a perfect and cozy place to enjoy the sunset. Living room: 40" LED TV, docking station for iPhone, iPod, laptop, etc. radio, dining table for 6 persons, baby chair, air conditioning, and access to south-west facing terrace. Free WI-FI in the apartment. The building includes a lift and video door phone. The garden includes a children's pool and an adult pool including a lifeguard, which are seasonally available. The government (City Town Hall) can close down the pool in case of Force Majeure, lack of water etc. even in the summer. Please send me an inquiry for long stays.
