Awesome 2 bedroom apartment with a privileged location in Benalmádena Costa, by the sea, in an exclusive complex with an oasis-like dream swimming pool facing the sea. Contemplate the wonderful panoramic view of the Mediterranean Sea from the cozy and spacious living-dining room, with morning light, which opens onto a spectacular terrace with frontal views of the sea thanks to large windows. The apartment consists of 2 nice bedrooms with sea views and built-in wardrobes. The double bedroom has a private terrace and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub and bidet. The 2nd bedroom has 2 comfortable single beds from which to contemplate the blue of the sea. The 2nd bathroom has a shower. The kitchen has a microwave, toaster, ceramic hob, fridge with large freezer, kettle, coffee maker, kitchen utensils, cutlery and other accessories. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor with a lift. It has an underground parking space, Wi-Fi, flat screen TV, centralized AC / DC, towels and bedding, extra pillows and blankets, a hairdryer and a room with a washing machine as well as a clothesline, an iron and an ironing board.

Enjoy an incomparable setting in the heart of the Costa del Sol. Charming apartment located in Benalmádena Costa, Torrequebrada area. It combines a privileged location front to the sea, in a very quiet and beautiful area - and just 1 km from the central area of ​​Benalmádena Costa -, with complete facilities as well as an oasis-type pool on a cliff. Surrounded bycharming sandy and rocky coves to discover, (one of them nudist), and among them we can find some nice restaurants and beach bars for a good time like "La Viborilla", a cozy restaurant. Taking a walk along the Benalmádena Promenade (200m from the apartment) to the Castillo Bil Bil and returning watching the pleasant sunset and visiting the great Torrequebrada Casino, could be a perfect plan. Bus stop 50 meters away, with connection to Malaga, Benalmádena town, Fuengirola, Torremolinos and Marbella… Taxi stop 100 meters away. The Supercor supermarket and the pharmacy are 600m away. There are shops and restaurants nearby. Torrequebrada Casino and Torrequebrada golf course are nearby.
