This property consists of three independent apartments, each with its own separate entrance. You share access to a common outdoor area that includes a pool, garden, and outdoor shower. Only one pet is allowed. Smoking and events are not permitted. Security cameras and/or audio recording devices are present on the premises. The property features light and water-saving measures and provides a baby highchair upon request. A security alarm is installed but will be disconnected when you are present. Please note that air conditioning is available only in the living room. Only one pet is permitted. Maximum number of Pets: 1.
