Welcome to Villa Paso Lento! Situated in the enchanting Montgo National Park, yet only a few minutes' drive from the charming streets of the old town of Javea and a 10-minute drive from the beaches. Within walking distance, you'll find four excellent restaurants! Our villa is carefully positioned facing south, with the Montgo mountain to the north creating a microclimate, making it a wonderful place to enjoy the sun all year round! "Paso Lento" is located on a double plot of 2500m2, dotted with Mediterranean trees and designed to have numerous charming corners where you can relax in the sun or enjoy the coolness in the shade, with the imposing Montgo mountain as a breathtaking backdrop. There is ample parking on the property for 4-5 cars. Both the villa and outdoor spaces have recently been completely renovated! Many chillout and seating areas, sufficient lounge beds for 10 people. Well equiped and very charming summer kitchen.
We are a family with a truly cosmopolitan spirit. While we love to travel and explore different cultures, the Mediterranean has always been our dream area, with many childhood memories and an unmatched sense of serenity and relaxation. We are delighted to offer our holiday home to others and hope it will be a place they will forever carry in their hearts.
