3 mins by walk to M12 Front Populaire. Close to Paris, this charming 25 m² apartment has all the necessary facilities for a pleasant stay in Saint-Denis. It can accommodate up to 3 people and is ideal for a couple, a family, a group of friends or on a business trip. The access is done in an autonomous way. Have a great stay :)
Located on the 1st floor (French floor without elevator) of a red brick building from the beginning of the 19th century, the apartment includes : - a room with a double bed - a shower room - a fully equipped kitchen - a working tesk - high speed fiber wifi - a living room with a sofa bed to relax after a day of walking or working - and a well-appointed courtyard with free access in a small condominium (with a possibility to park bicycles). You will particularly appreciate : - its brightness (the well-ventilated and south/north facing apartment) - and its location near all amenities (accessible on foot, there is also a park and a sports field at the foot of the building).
The apartment is located close to the RER B and D suburban train lines as well as the subway line 12. You will find a supermarket "Franprix" at 3 minutes of walk for your small daily purchases. Sites of interest close to the apartment : - Metro line 12 Front Populaire (3 minutes by walk) - the Stade de France (17 minutes by walk) - the Montmartre district (20 minutes away by subway) - the Cité des sciences et de l'industrie (26 minutes by bus) - the Cathedral of Saint-Denis (27 minutes by bus); and many others...
