Helpful and very responsive property owner (Sylvain). Kitchen with fridge, cooktop, microwave, espresso machine, and all necessary utensils. Very quiet part of street. Close to Gare de l'Est and Gare du Nord. Plenty of restaurants nearby.

The apartment has all that you need and the host Sylvain is very friendly and went out of his way to make our stay as pleasant as possible. We had complimentary snacks and beverages, and we could leave our luggage in the apartment after checking out as our flight back was in the evening. All in all, staying here made our stay in Paris even more memorable.

Great location, very close to train station and buses with many restaurants and bars close by plus the canal is a short walk away. The apartment is compact but has a kitchenette and a modern bathroom and was all we needed for our stay in Paris. Sylvain was a fantastic host, met us on arrival, helped us with everything and communication with him was excellent. Highly recommend.

The property is amazing. Sylvain is the most amazing host I have ever had. He was always available for advice and for other things as well, he kept our luggage both the day we arrived and the day we left (which isn’t common when you are booking an apartment). The apartment seems completely new and you can find everything you would need. In the bathroom there was also some body soap, dental kit and shaving kit. the kitchen had pots, dishes and a coffee machine (as an Italian i can say that the coffee was very good). the bed was comfortable. the apartment was 3 minutes to the metro station by foot. the neighborhood behind the apartment was really nice with many places to eat at. i would 100% recommend if you are visiting Paris.

Super studio, bien équipé et propre dans un immeuble calme et sécurisé. Le propriétaire était lá à mon arrivé pour me remettre les clés et gentillement m´expliquer comment tout fonctionne. C´est très rassurant. Tout était bien préparé et tout s´est bien passé. L´emplacement du studio est franchement bien car il est à 50 mètres du metro et de la gare de l´Est. Il y a un beau parque au bout de la rue pour de belles promenades. J´en ai profité pour courir le matin. Dans les rues autour, il y a plein de commerces de proximité avec tout sous la main. Je vais retourner à Paris bientôt et j´éspere y séjourner à nouveau.

O apartamento é pequeno (exatamente como nas fotos) mas possui ótimas funcionalidades, é moderno, limpo, arejado e bem cuidado. O anfitrião é prestativo e generoso, sempre disponível a ajudar. É muito perto da Gare, o que permite fácil acesso aos pontos de interesse. O Canal está ao lado, com ótimos restaurantes e um ambiente muito agradável para passear à noite. Como referido por outros hóspedes, há alguns moradores de rua nas proximidades, mas em nenhum momento nos sentimos inseguros, a região é limpa e pacífica. Foi uma ótima estadia. Merci!
