Very large bright and charming parisian flat 1200 ft2 with an amazing view, overlooking the Seine river and Paris most famous Monuments (Panthéon, Eiffel Tower, Notre-Dame-de-Paris) High ceiling, tall and large windows (double glazing), without vis-à-vis (clear lines of sight and not overlooked by any building) South windows on Seine and Monuments ; North windows on the beautiful inner courtyard Centrally located in the heart of Paris on the Ile-St-Louis. On one of the top-5 streets of the capitale (Quai de Béthune). 5 min walk to the cathedral Notre-Dame. Large living-room with a big table, fireplace, and convertible sofa bed 2 bedrooms, desks in both. One with a queen size bed, overlooking the courtyard. The other one with two single beds (that can be pushed together to make a king size double bed), overlooking the Seine river. Possibility to add two more single beds and a baby crib. Fully-equipped kitchen (breakfast corner); bathroom (walk-in shower). Wc appart. All brand new. Suited for 8 people Fully renovated in 2019 Rated 3* by Gites de France, certified Plum guide, super host airbnb XVII century building. Listed staircase Recently renovated
