    There is a busy end and a quieter end. So should suit most people. The carnival was really good . Well done all those who organised the three days. We came to go the the theatre which was first rate so the carnival was a good added extra.

    Fine esplanade along a straight walk from the pier which could be extended to Landguard Point taking in the nature reserve and then round to view the estuary and Container Port with views across to Harwich. Shopping centre also quite pleasant

    Felixstowe is a coastal Town that has a lovely beach area...

    Felixstowe is a coastal Town that has a lovely beach area that is clean and tidy. There are plenty of food facilities for Coffee/Beer/ Fish & Chips and Ice cream. It is possible to walk the length of the beach front on level ground which makes it very accessible for people with mobility issues. The Town Centre is close to the beach and has many interesting shops. Felixstowe on a sunny day is a hidden gem. Lots of facilities for young families with play area/climbing wall/swimming pool.

    Lovely clean town. Interesting buildings/houses. Plenty of choice in cafes and restaurants. Quiet areas as well as crowded. Loved the promenade gardens and plants/water features and shade from the trees and views of beach/sea.

    Its just perfect for me, not big, not too small, has everything, not crowded, people friendly, it has life, still peaceful, love the beach, very clean place, well maintained, and you can find activities too. Theres market, gift shop, small fun park, giant wheel where you can get beautiful view. Good restaurants, good air, peacful place with life in it, very good combination. I would move there if I could.

    The hotel staff helpful and friendly hotel comfortable and clean. We really enjoyed the excellent breakfast an we love Felixstowe . You have a good selection of shops and the railway station just over the road from hotel. You can walk to beach in 10 minutes which is good and also the Spa Pavilion theatre is walking distance. Nice to leave the car and walk. We found some nice little cafe to eat. It was easy to find a good selection of places to eat. We are both in our 70s so eating out and walks and theatre perfect.

    We chose this property primarily due to its location, close to Felixstowe town centre. We stayed at The Annexe for two weeks and could not have been happier. The Annexe far exceeded our expectations, was equipped with everything we needed, spotlessly clean and a real home from home. Our host Jan was very helpful, friendly, available but never intrusive. Pre-booking communication was excellent. We shall absolutely be returning again in the future and have no hesitation in recommending this property.

    Great location, easy access to nature reserve and lovely walk to Felixstowe center too. Tge docks are fascinating, definitely worth a walk around the coast path to have a look.......you can hear the work going on but not intrusive. Great communication throughout and good information book in the caravan. Well kept holiday park, was very peaceful for the 3 days were there. Kitchen well equipped and lovely to have the decking with table and chairs as well.

    Caravan was lovely and clean. Beautiful location and very quiet. Caravan was minutes from the beach and the conservation area. Felixstowe is a great place for families. It is so dog friendly you can take them in the shops, most restaurants and the amusements.
