The staff was extremely friendly. I like the fact that we were able to check in early. The front desk staff was great. I really liked the room. The baggage guys were nice. Great location near Victoria Station. Wonderful helpful staff, clean facilities and quiet room. Breakfast was amazing! Also, free bottles of water and chocolates which is a nice welcome.

The location of this hotel is amazing. We flew into London City airport and were in the hotel 30 minutes later. Accessible from public transit and also walking everywhere.
It was pretty perfect.
