The property is newly renovated with two double bedrooms, single bedroom with a pull out trundle bed. There is a large bathroom upstairs with a bath and separate shower. Downstairs there is a living room, kitchen diner and there is also a downstairs toilet in the separate utility room. There is a yard to the rear with a seating area where you can relax and have a bbq. Parking is on street, you can park with a disk that I will supply for overnight stays, for longer stays I will provide a parking pass. I have been asked a question regarding motorcycle parking, the rear yard is accessible via a small alley way behind the property, I have enquired and the alleyway is not wide enough to be able to turn a motorbike into the yard unfortunately, but there are no restrictions for motorcycle parking on the road outside, you can park a motorcycle as long as you like.

Within a mile of the town centre you can easily walk to the beach, Open air Theatre, Alpamare, Cricket Ground and Peasholm park. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes and shops too.
