**STAA Quality Accredited Property 2019**The apartment is situated adjacent to the renowned financial district of Glasgow in the heart of the City Centre. This newly refurbished first floor apartment is in the heart of the city centre. Double glazed windows ensure quiet night sleep. Each of the two bedrooms have been fitted with luxury comfort mattresses. You will have exclusive use to the apartment. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and the open plan living area is fitted with a 75" smart TV. Secure controlled access to the building leads to the short flight of stairs to the first floor where the flat is situated. You will be greeted with a hallway which takes you to the bedrooms, bathroom, and stunning open plan lounge kitchen area. To summarise, the flat includes: − Each bedroom has a double bed with built-in wardrobe − Open lounge, kitchen/dining area with dining table − Toilet with a high pressure shower −Electric heaters in every room − Washing machine is available for guest use −High-speed Wi-Fi Internet connection − New 75" HD Smart TV installed and connected directly to the Wi-Fi, giving you access to online streaming. The flat is very accessible and very centrally located. You will find everything you need at an arms reach. Directly beneath the flat is a Newsagents open from 05:30 - till 10pm. There is also a Tesco Express directly opposite the flat open from 06:00 - 10pm. The flat is very close Central Train Station, Buchanan Bus Station and Queen Street Train Station. Everything is within walking distance with good public transport from the Flat. Private transfer can also be arranged upon guest request. There is some construction work going on behind the building where my flat is situated. It should not impact your stay but the work starts early the morning which can be slightly noisy. PLEASE NOTE: I do NOT accept bookings from local people who reside in Glasgow or nearby places. If you are in doubt, please ask me first and state the reason for your stay. Your ID will be checked on the day of arrival where you will be refused check-in and may not be refunded for your stay. Thank you for your understanding.
