Designed to create a fresh and inviting space, this beautiful 1 bedroom apartment is in an elevated location giving amazing views across Bath. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but close enough that you can enjoy the walk into the centre, taking in the famous Georgian architecture as you go. This apartment is located on the first floor (so you must climb stairs) of a Georgian terraced property. The living space is open plan with kitchen at one end, small dining area and living room area with L-shape sofa opening out to double size sofabed. The luxury shower room is on the half landing with views from the rear. The double bedroom has a full height glazed door so you can see the fabulous views from the bed, or sit just outside at the table for a drink or al fresco dining. Go down the outside stairs to enjoy the spacious garden with more dining space

Neighborhood info

Charming Larkhall is located on the East side of bath. With a relaxed, bohemian spirit this delightful ‘village’ has many attractions. The Larkhall Deli, Goodies and Ma Cuisine are lovely, the butchers are excellent and there is a handy Co-op and newsagents, as well as an indie bookshop. The Rose & Crown, and Nourish pubs are located here. Oriel New Hall in Larkhall is the hub of the community , offering yoga, Pilates, art classes and a library. The Rondo is an excellent local theatre there too. Alice Park has tennis courts and lots of dog walking, as well as a great coffee shop. The centre of Bath is a about 1 mile away, with so many good bars and restaurants, shops, and galleries to visit. It is about 1.5 miles to Bath Spa Railway station, with journeys to London in 70 minutes. In addition, there are so many gorgeous country walks along the Kennet and Avon Canal and meadows, and up to Bath skyline as well.
