We have a beautiful large double room available in a fully furnished bedroom, ensuite bathroom. Professional house to share in Shirley, Solihull. The house has been newly built recently, and the quality is to an exceptionally high standard. All the current Health & Safety and fire regulations have been adhered to, with smoke alarms, carbon monoxide detectors, and emergency lighting for your comfort and safety. Here you will benefit from a warm, clean, tidy, and newly built property. Perfect for working professionals and overseas tourists in Solihull; Birmingham area. Free parking is also available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
I am a very social person and I like to talk with diverse and different cultured people. I enjoy helping others live in a carefree environment, and experience new places. If anyone has a sense of discomfort I will be willing to aid them and make them feel as homely as possible. I am very polite and will try to see things from other peoples perspectives. I assure you that you will feel no irritation during your stay. We would not allow drinking on our premises, but the pub is just around the corner from our place. Please accept this kind request and we apologies for the inconvenience .
