**GREAT FOR CONTRACTORS!** **FREE WiFi **FREE PARKING in the public car park right outside This 2 storey flat is spacious and airy with a large lounge which has a 55" TV and a dining table in the lounge. The 3 spacious bedrooms are great to enjoy a fab nights sleep and get some rest so you're ready for a productive day ahead! **FIRST FLOOR** The kitchen is on the first floor and there's plenty of space to cook or reheat your meals. Bathroom with bath and over shower. Bedroom 1 - first floor, with 2 single beds. SECOND FLOOR Bedroom 2 has one double bed. Bedroom 3 is HUGE - it's the largest room with 2 double beds & 1 single bed and still has plenty of room to dance around! It's a great convenient location, with a parade of shops just underneath including a pizza shop, convenience shop and a pub, as well as petrol stations & supermarkets a few mins away. 2 minute walk to Stechford Train Station and buses are 30 seconds away. Please note - the flat is above a shop which is open from 9-6pm, 7 days a week. It is on a small shopping parade so will have some level of noise, but never been an issue for our long term contractors who love the location and being so close to shops!
