A prepayment of the full amount will be taken at the time of booking and is required to secure your reservation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply Please note, all beds are 47 in-wide, small double beds, as opposed to 53 in-wide standard double beds. Please note that towels are not provided. Upon arrival, guests are welcome to pick up a complimentary towel at the reception, with one towel allotted per person. For additional towel refreshes, there will be a charge of £5 per towel. Luggage storage is available prior check in and after check out at a cost of £5 per bag. Shower gel is available at reception Double rooms have access to a shared fully equipped kitchen. Guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. No meal options available All rooms are nonsmoking and there is a fine of £150 for smoking in the building. A damage deposit of £100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property
