A cosy, modern two bedroomed house, close to Durham City Centre and minutes from the A1 Motorway, offers all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Only 2.5 miles from Durham University and the Bill Bryson Library and five miles from the Hospital, Retail Park and Durham Railway and Bus Stations. The nearest bus stop is 1 minutes’ walk. Local amenities, 1 pub and 1 hotel within a mile, both serving food, a small shop only 250m. Varied country walks and cycle tracks close to the property. The property offers free WiFi and two car parking spaces to the rear of the property.
Host has extensive local knowledge and whilst in no way intrusive is always happy to assist or advise guests to make their visitor experience as complete and enjoyable as possible.
The quiet village just four miles from the historic city of Durham offers guests the best of both worlds. A relaxing setting in the picturesque countryside of County Durham where you can adjust to your own pace of life, contrasting with the easy access to all the facilities of 21st century living, sports & leisure clubs, supermarkets, high street shops, restaurants and bar.
