This charming 3 bed home is perfect for families with children, people travelling for work or those wanting to explore Newcastle’s vibrant City Centre & surroundings. Conveniently located Just 5 minutes’ walk from the City Centre. with private OFF-STREET PARKING, guest parking opposite and houses up to 6 guests. Please note this is a residential area and the neighbours have young children so no loud noise after 10pm will be tolerated, and strictly no parties, this is breaking the house rules and you will be asked to leave the property without a refund. You must be min 25 years old to stay at this property (excluding families with children) * Guests must pay a deposit, provide ID and agree to the guest T&C's prior to staying. * This property is more suitable for families and contractors than lively groups due to its quiet residential location. The property is equipped with a device that monitors noise levels and any disturbance and/or noise complaints will result in a loss of deposit. *We expect the property to be treated with respect and care and left in a similar condition as it is found, clean and tidy and dishes washed and put away.

Leazes Park located behind St James Park Stadium is at the end of the main street housing a beautiful lake and coffee shop. A few minutes from the city centre, this property can be easily accessed from the main links into the city. The Train Station is a 20 mins walk or 6 mins Taxi ride. The Airport is approx. 15 mins in a taxi. St James Metro Station is a 10 mins walk or 4 mins Taxi from the accommodation. There are Bus Stops located 2 mins walk away. There is easy access to the A1 & Metro Centre. Please note that a noise monitoring device is in use at the accommodation to help reduce noise disturbances.
