Clive Crest House is an ideal terraced house for you to spend your Staycation. The house is just for you! The house in central Fratton Portsmouth is a traditional Victorian terrace with contemporary features. This property comprises a spacious lounge with a super large sofa-bed, and a separate dining room to comfortably seat six. The fully equipped kitchen is set and ready for you to cook with a hob, oven, fridge freezer, microwave, and dishwasher. A selection of tea, coffee, milk, some spices, and other complementary items are provided. Out of the kitchen, there is ONE GROUND FLOOR BATHROOM with WC, shower over the bath, basin, and washing machine. On the first floor- 3 double bedrooms. Enjoy the sunshine and out fresco dining on the lovely cosy patio. WIFI speed is up to 200mps Parking is on-street with residential on-street parking permits provided for 1 car, although it gets busy in the evenings, particularly at weekends. More permits can be purchased upon the booking.

The house is situated in a traditional street populated mostly with Victorian terrace houses. There are so many things to do in Portsmouth that it's far too much to fit into one weekend. Whether after a cultural break, the chance to take in some seaside strolls, or something else entirely, you will surely be spoilt for choice. It covers all the big attractions, like the Emirates Spinnaker Tower, Portsmouth Historic Dockyard, Southsea Castle, and Charles Dickens' Birthplace Museum. For lovers of retail therapy, this is also the place to seek out info on all the big shopping areas, from the designer outlets of Gunwharf Quays to the Commercial Road High Street and independent Albert Road. You can walk or drive just a 20-minute walk to Eastney or Southsea Beach, the South Parade Pier, and Canoe Lake, which is an excellent area if you have kids with you.
