Cutlass Court is Located just a stone throw from Broad Street. there is lift to all floors and is a mixed residential building.

Neighborhood info

The building is located only 30 metres from Broad St, Brindley Place is just 5 minutes walk away as is the Utility Arena and the International Convention Centre. There is plenty of on street parking pay and dispay free after 6pm till 8am and a multi storey across the road 2 minutes walk away. Sainsburys local supermarket is a 1 minute walk on Broad St.
