We are a mother and daughter team who run a company called Inspire Homes Southam Ltd, we run several holiday lets in the local area. These holiday lets cater for both holiday makers, guests traveling on business and contractors. We take the comfort of our guests very seriously and always strive to ensure all of our guests have an amazing experience with us. All of our homes are managed by us personally and our team of dedicated cleaners. We are available during all reasonable hours should you have any questions or need anything. We are on hand should guests need anything, however you won't meet us during your stay.

Welcome to our newly refurbished mid-Terrace 3-Bedroom home away from home. The house sleeps 6 people. With a spacious lounge including smart flat Screen TV and comfortable sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped with all that you need whilst away from home. It also has a private garden for you to enjoy!

Greswold House is 5mins from the University of Warwick, Westwood Business Park and Jaguar Landrover, 5 mins from Tile Hill Railway Station, 15 mins from Coventry City Centre, 15 mins from the NEC and Birmingham Airport and just 15 mins from Junction 6 of the M42 motorway. Easy access to Stratford upon Avon, Warwick Castle, Leamington Spa, Ricoh Arena, Coventry and Birmingham City Centres. There are shops, pubs and takeaways close by and there is easy access to the main bus routes in and out of the city. There is plenty of on-street free parking just by the house.
