Enjoy an amazing experience at this centrally-located contemporary home in a residential area. This home is modern and beautifully furnished which is a 5 minute drive to city centre. Highlights include free parking, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and a fabulous games room including a pool table, darts board, and board games to give you all the entertainment that you need. This property has a homely feel and is only a mile away from Nottingham city centre. I look forward to hosting you soon! This beautiful newly refurbished home has been finished to an extremely high specification for guests to enjoy. There are 2 bedrooms, two of which have a double beds. There is also a sofa bed in the living room which can sleep an additional two guests. • Superfast broadband wifi • Two double beds and a sofabed • Oven and hob, microwave, fridge • Washing machine, iron and ironing board • Kettle and toaster • Full range of cutlery, crockery, pots, pans, utensils, etc • Hairdryer • Bedlinen and towels provided The property is well served by public transport, should this be needed. For guests which are driving, there is free on-street parking with a permit available at the property. It is the perfect location for a family weekend, business trip or for anyone working in the area for a long period of time and not wanting to be confined to a hotel room.
