The flat is very nice and everything was well organized - from the communication, check in to the manual for the flat with all information needed. We were even provided with coffee, tea, snacks and orange juice. The location is great - love the neighbourhood around Sefton Park. And it's not farfrom the city center either.

The apartment sits in a quiet, purpose built complex and is just a stone's throw away from Sefton Park and a short walk from the vibrant Lark Lane. Bright, airy and spacious rooms accompanied by sophisticated modern interior design give this apartment unique style and character. The modern fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and luxurious bathrooms stand out above most. Parking is available for 1 car for free on the driveway alternatively there is free street parking available outside the property. There is a large kitchen area equipped with pots, pan, utensils, cutlery, crockery, microwave, kettle, oven, dishwasher and toaster. A washing machine and dryer are also available for you to use in the communal area The apartment has 2 bedroom, each with a double bed in. There is also a sofa bed in the living room. All bedding is provided for 6 people to sleep.

Extremely quiet and pleasant neighbourhood. 1 minute walk to Sefton Park. 15 minute walk to Lark Lane. It is 10-15 minute taxi to the city centre alternatively, you can catch the 75, 80 or 80A bus from Hartington Road which takes around 20 minutes.
