Garden maisonette in central Bath. This ground floor and lower ground floor apartment is in a great location to explore Bath's main attractions whilst being on a quiet residential street. This Georgian apartment benefits from lovely high ceilings on the ground floor with large sash windows and shutters. The private garden is a rare find in a central Bath apartment. The master bedroom enjoys garden views with french doors straight out to the walled, south facing garden.
We live close to the property so will be happy to help where needed but guests are welcome to enjoy the property to themselves.
The property is located in the heart of Bath, a very short walk from the main shopping streets and attractions. The apartment is in a Georgian terraced street away from the bars and nightclubs allowing a more quiet night and with Charlotte Street car park close by. The property is also close to the various park and ride routes. The property is a 15 minute walk away from Bath Spa and Oldfield Park train stations and Bath bus station. There is also a bus stop nearby for buses from the bus station or Bristol Airport. Please get in touch if you have any specific questions and we would be happy to help you plan your journey.
