This charming 3 bed home is perfect for contractors and families with children, people travelling for work or those wanting to explore Newcastle’s vibrant City Centre & surroundings. You must be over 25 years old to stay at this property. Conveniently located Just 5 minutes walk from the City Centre, with private OFF-STREET PARKING, guest parking opposite and houses up to 6 guests. There is a Family Bathroom upstairs with shower as well as an additional downstairs toilet.
CHECK-IN INFORMATION - You must be at least 25 years of age to stay at this property. Children are welcome if a family is staying with adults present. Once booking is confirmed, you will be asked to provide a copy of government issued ID through our own booking system to verify your identity and to read and sign our terms of stay policy. DEPOSIT INFORMATION - Please note that a damage deposit is required to be paid at least 24 hours prior to your arrival. We take this payment from you during the check-in process via a secure card payment system. Provided there are no issues during your stay, this will be refunded to you a few days after check-out. **Please also note that there is a noise monitoring device in this accommodation to help maintain our house rules regarding noise levels.** RHJ Stays are family-run serviced accommodation specialists. Set at the end of a residential cul-de-sac with no through traffic. This property is close to the city centre, There is a Tesco Express with ATM is a few minutes away. Leazes Park located behind St James Park Stadium is at the end of the main street housing a beautiful lake and coffee shop. A few minutes from the city centre, this property can be easily accessed from the main links into the city. The Train Station is a 20 mins walk or 6 mins Taxi ride. The Airport is approx. 15 mins in a taxi. St James Metro Station is a 10 mins walk or 4 mins Taxi from the accommodation. There are Bus Stops located 2 mins walk away.
