Included hot breakfast was excellent and very fast. Dinner in both restaurants was good but a bit pricy in the main dining room. Staff is top notch and so friendly. Very well located to the harbor and shops with a view of Lews Castle. Small parking lot was handy as it was the same level as our room so no dragging luggage upstairs or fighting for street parking

We were meet by Matt upon arrival and helped with our things to the room. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They provided suggestions on travel around the Isle of Lewis and helpful restaurant options. The apartment was amazing, the grounds were outstanding, and Stornoway was a great place for our final stop on this vacation.

The hosts were very kind, and the breakfast was hardy! The view out the breakfast room window was beautiful, looking out into the bay. The atmosphere was cosy and had a home/lived in feel to it.

Small historic town, that is the ideal for travelling to Harris. There are a few historic sites to see but some of them were not open when we visited. Sunday very quiet with nothing open or available to do. Great place to go for a relaxing retreat.

The shops in Stornoway were super with a good range of things to choose from. We visited the butcher, the charity shops, the deli, the new Co-op supermarket, tweed shops, Tourist Information and Taigh Ceilidh where we received a very warm welcome.

Don't bother with Stornoway itself ( apart from the castle).
Don't bother with Stornoway itself ( apart from the castle). The shopping is poor and it's very difficult to eat out on a Sunday or Monday. Most restaurants are closed! SO BOOK if you can !( We don't think they want to encourage tourists!) Do go to the Black House village and the standing stones. Really interesting. We were looking for wildlife but it was minimal. We were only there 2 full days but wished we were back on Uist!!

A comfortable. clean and beautiful property. It was warm and cosy and had everything we needed. Evelyn went over and beyond to make sure that we had enough information regarding parking, shops, places to visit. The beds were also very comfortable and clean. The property had everything a family would need, including washing machine, dryer, hairdryer, towels ect. I would recommend this property to anyone visiting Stornoway.
The room was very nice and we had a fab harbour view. The staff were all exceptionally friendly, welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was great and the service at all meal times was very good - even though we had a bit of an error with one of our evening meals, this was rectified very quickly and by no means spoilt our opinion of the hotel.
Marina was an amazing host making us very welcomed and looked after...was like a home from home...Comfortable and cosy room great for a rest...spotlessly clean and all round perfect....the personalised breakfast is also a great way to start your day and shows the host cares...all round 10/10...Marina has turned our heads on guest houses will definitely be back
Fully equipped to highest standards.
Very spacious and comfortable.
Location is central to everything in Stornoway.
Hosts provided a very generous welcome pack including best homemaid marmalade I have ever tasted
Excellent WiFi and exceptional customer care from host Murdo.
Cute and comfy bed and breakfast not too far from city center. Breakfast was delicious. The room and bathroom were spotless. The hosts were so kind and accommodating. Margo even helpfully prepared us a small breakfast to take on to the ferry. Highly recommend!
Helen was a lovely host. Great location, proximate to Stornoway and Harris destinations. Wonderful breakfasts, and Helen will do a fabulous dinner for you if you order ahead. Really nice after a long day of outdoor activities. Highly recommend
Lovely 3 bedroomed property, on the edge of Stornoway. Quick drive into town or to the local supermarket. Kitchen was well set up and Andy was very welcoming, with fruit, shortbread, milk and a bottle of wine waiting for us! Lovely place to stay.
Great property in a good location for exploring the islands. We'll equipped with all we needed for our stay and with welcoming hosts and a good informative welcome guide. Only 10 mins drive from Stornoway Ferry. Had a lovely week. Thanks
A very nice stay in Stornoway. The best feature was the staff, who were very obliging and friendly. Our room was warm, quiet, and comfortable. The breakfast was consistently good and there was plenty of dishes to choose from on the menu.
The hostess was gracious and incredibly helpful. She went out of her way to ensure our visit went better than expected. We will spread the word that No.3 is THE place to stay while visiting the Isle of Lewis.
A cosy and comfortable hideaway a pleasant woodland walk away from Stornoway with all the amenities we required for our stay, comfy beds and a fantastic and communicative host.
The location was good and the staff were pleasant enough. The hotel looked very pleasing from the outside and there was enough parking right outside. Breakfast was OK.
Firstly we didn’t stay at this hotel! You should already know this as we walked out!!! The dates you have at the top of the survey are the wrong dates!!!!!!
