Rooms at Martha Jones, hotel in Pwllheli

Rooms at Martha Jones is are set in the heart of Pwllheli. Guests can make use of the free unlimited BT infinity Wi-Fi.

Location was fine, breakfast was a cold tray in your room the day before so nothing fancy but OK. Room and bathroom where a resonable size and very clean but the bath towels could do with being larger. Put off by ear plugs but it appears that was a left over from a noisy take away opposite that no longer exists so no problem for us ( Out of Season)

The Wylfa, hotel in Pwllheli

The Wylfa offers accommodations in Abersoch, a 10-minute walk from Abersoch Beach and 23 miles from Portmeirion.

No food, accommodation only. Very clean and comfortable. Room was private, overlooking the sea. Maid service on request only was a very good idea - didn't get the feeling the room had to be vacated promptly every morning. Except on departure, of course. Plenty of tea and coffee available.

The house is so well equipped and comfortable, we were there in a cold spell but it was lovely and warm. The beds were like sleeping on clouds, the standard of all equipment was very good. Only a short distance to shops.

Pwllheli is a lovely place to visit.

Pwllheli is a lovely place to visit. Lots of shops which include two supermarkets, a few banks, chemist and gift shops. There are plenty of places to eat in and various takeaways to get fish and chips, pizza and kebabs etc. Parking isn't an issue as there is a pay and display car park in the centre of the town and various other places to park for free. Parking on the High Street is free only time restricted. For the children there is a small fair which boasts a few rides and an arcade. There is a market once a week which is held in the pay and display car park. The beach is worth a visit too.

Although quite stoney, there is a long, wide beach forming a large bay. There is also a pleasant sea-front promenade that runs the length of the beach. There is a marina, but didn't appear to be accessible to the general public, so unfortunately you can't wander round looking at the boats, more like a boatyard for mooring your own vessel. There is a nice wooded walk that takes you through the golf course and round its perimeter, you can make it a circular walk back via the housing estate. The local golf club is open to the general public for food and drink, but we ate at Dylan's in Criccieth and a Gwesty pub south of the peninsula, self-catering the remainder of the time.

The views from living room was breathing all rooms were spotless, everything you need in a kitchen is there ,tha garden needs a spruce up the artificial turf needs replacing, the two table lamps in living didnt work ,the celing lights were very bright mabey a dimmer switch wold benefit, and part of the stair rail could do with tightening but apart from them small issues everything else was fine , pwllheli is a short walk away with plenty of shops and places to eat , criccieth,Aberdaron, porthmadoc,Llanbedrog nd abersoch are all a short drive away with plenty to do and most have stunning beaches we carnt wait to go back to this accommodation in the very near future, i highly recommend it they have a weatherspoons as well as the whitehall wich is a lovely pub friendly staff and tastey food, waterfront bar,and plenty more to choose from to suit everyone

The room and facilities were superb, more like a boutique hotel. There was a small kitchen area with an extensive breakfast offer, great selection of hot drinks including a coffee machine plus fresh milk in the fridge for breakfast. A pair of earplugs were thoughtfully provided but we didn't need them. The room is right in the centre and there was an information folder which we used to find somewhere to eat and drink. We were arriving later due to train times and information was provided promptly so we could obtain the keys

As all the reviews indicate Ross is an excellent and very friendly host and does his very best to make sure that all your needs are catered for. The location is perfect . Short walk to Pwllheli beach itself and really well placed for trips out to Portmierion, Porthmadog , Criccieth and Abersoch. Breakfast was excellent. Property itself is a little dated but a real old fashioned B+B , which we like, but it was very clean , with all Covid precautions taken very seriously, and overall it was excellent value for money.

very modern property with everything we needed as a comfortable base for our tour around the peninsula. it was spotlessly clean and well maintained. situated near the centre of Pwllheli. There are plenty of shops within walking distance (including 3 supermarkets) and the beach towns of Abersoch, Nefyn and Criccieth are a mere 15 to 20 minute car drive. We had a very relaxing break here.

Michelle is an amazing host that over steps the boundaries to make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible, rooms are spotless but the bed is the big seller, home from home. Location is between Abersoch and Pwllheli 5mins by car, beach 5 min walk and 2 local friendly pubs. We will be staying there again no doubt

The cottage was spotlessly clean and the beds were very comfortable. The milk, tea bags, Welsh cakes and Prosecco were a lovely additional treat. We loved the location. Beautiful view of the marina and less than 10 minutes stroll to Pwllheli town centre.

We stayed at the caravan to be near to my sister who lives in Pwllheli so apart from going down to the sea and getting milk we didn't need anything from the side apart from shower bed heating tried the tv a couple of times but unsure how to use it
