Hollis House is conveniently located in Derby, close to local amenities such as pubs, shop, supermarkets and parks. The house is bright and has a modern and contemporary design. It has a homely feel to make you feel comfortable. Hollis House is very cost effective and affordable alternative to staying in a hotel. Benefits include being able to feel at home; where you will be able to have your own lounge, be able to store and cook your own food in a modern kitchen. It has excellent transportation routes Derby railway station and the Pride Park Business Park, home of Derby County Football Club. At the bottom of the Hollis Street the Skylink Bus runs every 20 minutes 24/7 and will take you to East Midlands Airport & Castle Donnington. So if you are looking for place to low cost place to stay in Derby that is close to Castle Donnington & East Midlands Airport then make Hollis House your choice. Some of my previous guests include Airline Pilots working at East Midlands Airport,, Performers, Actors & Actresses coming to Derby to perform, Contractors working in Derby and the surrounding area, Festivals goers attending events at Castle Donnington.
