Beautifully designed, this ground floor apartment will certainly provide the perfect base for romantic retreats. With a spacious open plan kitchen, living and dining area, comfortable bedroom and modern bathroom, London Avenue has ample space for two. The apartment also boasts private on-site parking. Host & Stay are committed to our owners that their homes are protected during bookings. For this reason, we require all of our guests to transfer a Damage Deposit (subject to an administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver.
