Whilst the living room boasts a lovely view of the neighbourhood, we highly advise parents to supervise their children, as the sash windows are positioned at a low height and can be fully opened. Host & Stay are committed to our owners so that their homes are protected during bookings. For this reason, we require all of our guests to transfer a Damage Waiver (subject to an administration charge), or to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver.
