I'm Your Host originated in Leicester and has grown to provide property management all over the UK with their main office based in the city centre of Leicester. We are a reputable company that pride ourselves in ensuring that every guest feels like they are in a home from home. We are also extremely responsive with the average query response time being less than 2 minutes.

The property is newly furnished and equipped with the essentials for a home away from home! It is situated close to the city centre with parking available via a permit for one car. The house has three bedrooms which are decorated with relaxing colours. The property is close to DMU, Hospitals, and the King Richard III Visitor Centre. There is a Lidl and Tesco within walking distance of the property. The property has printed bed set-up instructions, and list of recommended local bars, and amenities to save you time and help you make the most of your stay. The TV is Sony Remote Control with FreeSAT Tuner with Guide along with Amazon FireTV with Netflix installed. The street is residents only and I can provide you with enough visitor passes to cover 1 vehicle for your stay free of charge. If you require to park any other vehicles then the nearest free street parking is a 10 minute walk away.
