This two bedroom apartment looks onto Kelvingrove Art Gallery as well having views over towards Kelvingrove park and Glasgow University. Situated in the heart of the city, you will have walking access to numerous restaurants and bars. The Hydro, SECC, Kelvingrove, Byres Road and Glasgow university are also easily accessible. Grocery shops are also a walking distance from the apartment. The property has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The lush open plan living area open up to the back porch. You will be given a private car park space. The kitchen is fully equipped to cook your own meals. The property is perfect for winding down after a long day exploring Glasgow with a large dinning table, cozy sofa and a flat screen TV. I have also provided some of my favourite books for guests. Whilst all are welcome maintaining a good relationship with our neighbours is important to us and we will not tolerate loud music or parties. You will have exclusive access to this flat during your stay. As SpotHost helps me host, you can be assured to receive an excellent guest experience. The flat will be accessible to check-in on a 24 hour basis via a team member meeting you at the site to introduce the flat and its facilities. There is free parking available outside the flat building. Complimentary towels, shampoo, shower gel and soap are provided for our guests, as well as tea and coffee. Due to my work commitments, my apartment is managed by a friendly hosting company (SpotHost) who looks after all of my guests on my behalf. You can reach them by messaging here or by calling on the listed phone number. If you have any questions, please let me know and I will be more than happy to help you. This welcoming home is very accessible and is located in a quiet area with all the amenities to enjoy a great stay. The guests will also have access to the free car park with the apartment. My co-hosting company can arrange transfers to and from the property upon guests’ request. They can also help with luggage storage if you’re arriving early or leaving late. If you require more information or any other service, please ask and we will be more than happy to accommodate. PLEASE NOTE: I do NOT accept bookings from local people who reside in Glasgow or nearby places. If you are in doubt, please ask me first and state the reason for your stay. Your ID will be checked on the day of arrival where you will be refused check-in and may not be refunded for your stay. Thank you for your understanding.
