The staff were the friendliest of any hotel I’ve been to. Absolutely brilliant with the kids, they felt like celebrities! Breakfast was lovely. Would definitely book again.

Canadathe location is excellent so close to both railway and city Centre, the room was comfortable and clean with a good view down towards the Mersey, the breakfast was excellent, great choices and very good quality produce, (as a chef a hotels food quality is benchmark for me) both the dining area and the spacious bar were spotless and well appointed, I have stayed in hotels and paid double the price that were not as good as this, I am sure I will return next time I visit Liverpool.
