My husband and I bought this property in February 2018. It needed a lot of work doing to it. We finally finished in June 2018. We now have a beautiful house that we are both very proud of, as you will see from are pictures. We have tried are best to make it home from home so that you can sit back and enjoy your stay in comfort. There is a small Store a few doors down, so you do not have travel far to get your groceries ect. We supply shampoo and conditioner, Complimentary toilets roll, tea coffee, milk and sugar.
My husband and I have been renting properties for over 30 years now. Last year we decided to turn a few of them into serviced properties, we now have 2 apartments and one house. So far we have found most people are respectful and leave the place clean and tidy. We are both enjoying the lovely comments we get from guests about how they have enjoyed staying in our apartments and their visit to our wonderful City of Liverpool.
We bought this house because is so close to the city, it's a three minute drive and about a 10 minute walk. You can either walk along the road in a straight line right into the city or cross over and get onto the water front and walk from Brunswick Dock to the famous Albert Dock. Along the way you will pass the Echo Arena, where there are many shows and concerts through out the year. There is so much do to in Liverpool it's hard to mention everything. Restaurants we have Bar and Grill, San Carlo, Picolino's, Gusto, Revolution De Cuba, Miller and Carter, Panam. In liverpool One we have Chaophraya, Pizza Express, Zizz's any many more. There are also lots of bars and clubs. If you like a bit of culture we have the Liverpool Museum, The International Slavery Museum, Merseyside Maritime, The Beatles Story and the open top bus tour. Don't forget to visit the Walker Art Gallery and Tate Gallery. We also have 2 Cathedrals. Walking distance from the house in the opposite direction we have Spring City, one Liverpool's biggest Trampoline Parks. Liverpool and Everton's famous football grounds are only a 15 minute drive away, they are also worth a visit, to either watch a game or take a tour.
