A fully refurbished modern 2 bedroom apartment on the top floor of The Dell. One allocated parking space in undercroft parking *Max 2.1m*. Lift access makes the apartment very accessible and the balcony provides an area to enjoy being outside. 2 double bedrooms and a sofa bed provides accommodation for up to 6 guests. Great amenities close to cruise terminals, Southampton Central Train Station, West Quay shopping centre, restaurants and bars.
Self-check in and check out available using coded entry which is provided before your arrival to the property and reduces the chance to loose keys. I am available to contact throughout your stay for any questions you may have.
Once the home to the Southampton Football Team, 'The Dell' was converted into housing when the St Mary's Stadium was developed in 2002. Ideally located, only a 5-minute walk away from the nightlife of Bedford Place, an 8-minute walk from the train station and a 10-15 minute walk from the City Centre including the Shopping Centre - West Quay. Allocated parking space available for one car in undercroft parking, bus routes readily available into the city centre and taxis provide a quick and easy option to getting around.
