This is a room in a well-appointed private house with one owner-occupier host and a long-term lodger. The bathroom is shared, not en suite. The house is kept spotlessly clean and tidy throughout, with all the facilities and amenities you could expect. CHECK IN is available anytime between 12:00 midday and 00:00 midnight. Please just send me a message in advance stating your preference, I can accommodate it. CHECK OUT is by 11:00 in all cases. Guests are most welcome to use the kitchen. Tea and coffee is provided free, and you can store food in the fridge. Please note that the following house rules apply: - No booking on behalf of others. Only the person named on the booking will be permitted entry or issued with a key. ID may be required if there is any doubt. - Guests may not bring anyone else into the house, even for a short time. - It's a small room so the luggage limit is one large suitcase plus one bag per person.
Ive hosted for nearly ten years, including over 500 Airbnb guests (where I have an overall review score of 4.8/5). Ive put a lot of time and effort into my house over the years and I enjoy sharing it with guests. I work from home, so Im almost always around if you need me. Ive lived in Nottingham for over 30 years so I know the city and area well. (By the way, I do know how to punctuate but this site doesn't like apostrophes!)
This is a residential area, with supermarkets close by and frequent buses into the city centre.
