Millers Cottage is a 4 bedroom self catering holiday accommodation that sleeps 8 and is located in Broughton in Furness, Northern England. Local to Ulpha, Duddon, Torver, High Nibthwaite, Kirkby-in-Furness. It is an 18th-century, stone-built, Lakeland detached house with a lot of character and a host of original features. This holiday cottage makes the perfect 'home from home' and a great place from which to explore this side of the South Lakes.

Beach 10 miles. Shop, pub and restaurant ½ mile. Just a short drive from Coniston, Hawkshead, Ambleside, Grasmere, Windermere, Bowness, Tarn Hows and the Grizedale Forest. It nestles at the end of a private very narrow lane on the edge of the old village, surrounded by woodland. On the doorstep is the Duddon Valley to the west of Coniston, arguably one of the ’undiscovered hidden gems’ of the Lake District National Park. There are great family walks from the door in many directions including those taking in the wonderful fells, waterfalls, crags & streams. There is only room for two cars at the front of the property.
