This is our recently refurbished two-bedroom terraced home! Our property offers a comfortable and inviting atmosphere, designed to ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests. Upon entering the house, you will be greeted by a stylish and inviting living room. The space is furnished with contemporary furniture and features a cosy sofa, armchairs, and a coffee table, perfect for relaxation or socialising with friends and family. Please note that there is also a lamp when you need a bit of ambiance in the evenings. For your convenience, the house comes with modern amenities, including a 43 inch smart TV with netflix, good quality internet access, and a well-appointed work desk for those who need to catch up on work or stay connected. Adjacent to the living room is a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen boasts brand new appliances such as a refrigerator, oven, stove and microwave. There is also countertop space for meal preparation and a dining table where you can enjoy your meals. We also provide use of a washing machine (integrated within the kitchen), ironing board (with iron) and an airer so that you can do pieces of laundry should you need to. The two bedrooms in the house are designed to provide a comfortable and restful sleep experience. The Zip-and-link beds* mean that the bed configuration will suit a broad range of guests. Whether you're staying as a family, a group of friends/colleagues, or a pair of couples, our bedrooms offer a peaceful retreat after a long day. The bathroom in our terraced house has been renovated to offer a contemporary and luxurious feel. It features a modern, spacious shower. We provide complimentary toiletries, plush towels, and a hairdryer for your convenience. *Zip and link beds - each room features two single beds, which guests can push together, zip together and link together, to create a luxurious king-sized bed. Instructions on how to do this easy process will be provided.

Less than 1km from the motorpoint arena, we cater for your concert and ice hockey needs. Nottingham castle is only 1.7km away to discover the rich history of Nottingham. Only 2.5km away from the city ground and meadow lane, we are the go to accommodation when travelling for a football filled weekend.
