Property info

Apartments in quiet residential block of flats furnished to modern standards. A fully functional kitchen equipped with electric hob and an oven and supplied with full set of cooking pots and utensils and dermatologically tested on sensitive skin washing up liquid. They have decent sized living rooms with freeview TV and access to a Wi-Fi network. The bedrooms have king sized beds with fresh bed linen provided on the day of arrival and with spacious wardrobes. The bathrooms have spacious shower facility supplied with shower gel. Bathrooms are fitted with soap dispensers and fresh towels are supplied on the day of arrival. Self check-in and check-out service. Limited on-site parking, one per apartment, is available on a first come first serve basis. Moreover, the street parking on the surrounding roads is free of charge.

Neighborhood info

Perry Barr train station is less than a mile away. Surrounded by two vast public parks. A drive-thru McDonalds is around the corner.
