Great wee flat. Fabulous information from the owner. Everything you need to know. Easy check in/out. Parking directions were great.The flat was very clean with the addition of a small fridge and microwave with plates and cutlery which we didnt expect. The bed was so comfy i asked the owner where he bought it! We will definitely stay again when we visit relatives in Nottingham. The only addition I'd recommend is when you change the flooring maybe put in a wood or laminated floor. Some guests obviously dont remove their shoes and have marked the carpet. But this wouldnt stop us staying again. Id just bring my slippers :D

Private modern studio flat - Separate from the main house - with separate private entrance and en-suite. We also provide super-fast internet for free. It is situated close to City Centre, Nottingham University, Jubilee Campus, and Queen Medical Centre. Free on-road street parking. This is a studio flat with one king-size and one double bed. This house is ideal for families with children as we have a newly developed park just around the corner ( a travel cot for a child is also available on request). Please read - You are renting a whole studio flat and you will not be share with anyone. The room comes with an en-suite shower room. The studio flat also contains 40Inches Smart TV and fridge and a freezer. Tea and coffee making facilities are provided. A hairdryer, basic toiletries are also provided. Fresh towels and clean linens are provided for all our guests.
I am a respectful, considerate and accommodating person. I work at College as a maths teacher. My Mrs is a Doctor and we have a beautiful daughter called Jannat. Being polite and considerate to others is important to me. It’s more typical of me to be a quiet guest, but I also enjoy a chat, debate, and discussion about almost anything.
The newly developed flat is located in the residential area of Nottingham. The neighbourhood is friendly. It is a safe and quiet area, and its residents are primarily families who have been living here for a while. Our house is three minutes walk from a bus stop and regular buses are available every 10 minutes to go to City Centre (5 minutes on the bus to the Victoria Centre: bus number 28, 30, and 31). You can also take a Taxi to the City Centre. Nottingham University and Queens Medical centre are 15 to 18 minutes’ walk. You can also take a bus. Shops and amenities: Newly built Park, leisure Centre, Aldi, Co-op, Tesco Express, Lidl, Pharmacies, Pubs, Takeaways including Subway, Greggs, and Domino's Pizza are a few minutes’ walks away.
