Utopian House is refurbished with a good sized bedrooms and a garden to envy in the heart of Ashford. This centrally located property offers a home away from home experience for contractors, leisure and business travellers. The interior and beds are designed with the guests comfort in mind so the guests can relax after a hard day at work or a long tiring travel. All the amenities is in close proximity and the town is within walking distance. Plenty of free parking spaces. This 4 bedroom home features an open plan kitchen and living space with a large garden to relax with your colleagues and loved ones. This property has 1 bathroom on the first floor and a separate toilet on the ground floor. Kitchen is well equipped with all the essentials.
Utopian Short Lets is a company based in Ashford Kent. We specialise in providing high quality accommodation to all types of traveller. We cater for groups of one to groups of ten or more. Guests can stay from minimum two nights to six months. The properties all come fully equipped to enable our guests to enjoy their stay as if they were in their own homes. Relax, cook, host meetings, it's all possible in one of our fully equipped short lets. We also provide clean linens,towels,shower gels etc and are cleaned to a high standard. We are very choosy with the location of our properties, we keep them close to the heart of Ashford enabling our guests to make the most of the facilities that Ashford has to offer.

Ashford International Train station is only 5 minutes drive from our property and the town is under a mile in distance. The nearest beach is only 20 minutes drive from the property and there are plenty of walking routes nearby. Designer Outlet is also under 2 miles in distance.
