Close proximity to Bath, with its own carpark at the rear end of the house. The kitchen area was beautiful and the whole vibes exude cozy cottage! Beds were enough for us family of 5 adults, plenty of storage space. Fully equipped kitchen and washer was good :) heaters were all working fine and we loved the clean toilets

Beautifully presented, well equipped, spacious 3 storey house in Combe Down, Bath is perfect for families, friends or those working in the area. No3 Combe Down is in the heart of Combe Down Village, within easy reach of Bath City Centre, perfectly placed for visiting Bath University, Monkton Combe School and just a stones throw from Bradford-on-Avon. Explore the City, visit the Theatre, meander the shops and return to No 3 to relax and unwind.
Proactive and innovative, enjoy good food, fine wines and spending time in the great outdoors. We are available at the end of the phone throughout your stay. There is lots to see and do in Bath, great places to eat out and as we are born and bred locally we would be delighted to make recommendations to you, just ask. Combe Down sits on a level ridge approximately 1.25 mile (2 km) to the south of Bath city centre. It sits at an altitude of 500ft and hence has always been renowned for its clean air quality with many moving from the city for this reason. The village is adjoined to the north by large areas of natural woodland with public footpaths offering stunning panoramic views overlooking the city and equally gratifying views of the Cotswold (AONB) valleys to the south. There is simply no other village like it on the outskirts of the city with such a wide range of local amenities. This makes it a very popular place for families and those looking for an area with a rural feeling but still within walking distance of the city A bus stop under two minutes walk from the property will take you into the City where there is a train station. There are beautiful walks through parks and woodland on the doorstep of the house. The Kennet and Avon Canal can be accessed from Bathwick Hill
