he home is located in the beautiful Georgian neighbourhood of Camden/ Larkhall with its spectacular views of Bath's a UNESCO World Heritage city.. A walk down onto Walcot St, brings you into the city centre where you'll find Bath's celebrated cultural, historical and sporting attractions, great shopping, and plenty of bars and restaurants to unwind in. There are countryside walks such as to Solsbury hill, or through the meadows and along the canal, perfect location for the best of both worlds. The space The interior oozes bohemian style and charm with bold colourful décor and vintage furnishings. Every window at the front of the house looks out onto a fabulous far reaching view across the city to the countryside beyond and brings in an abundance of natural light into the rooms. The spacious accommodation is spread over three floors. On the ground floor is a welcoming sitting room with dining area which leads through to a compact, well-equipped kitchen, with a wide hatch open to the dining and sitting area. Also there is a ground floor bathroom with bath shower. Up the stairs leads to the first floor with a double bedroom and a spacious twin room with zip and link bed that can be made into a super-king on request. At the top of the house is a further large bedroom with a luxury zip and link super-king bed (can be made into twins on request) and a chair bed, ideal for a child or small adult.
