I’ve stayed in a variety of shared Airbnb's and 3 star hotels in and around Birmingham and this place beats them all hands down!. The beauty of the accommidaton is it’s self contained, private, secure & affordable. It's not top end plush but it's super clean and functional, ideal for someone who needs a place to microwave a meal, shower and sleep. It has its own side entrance access, a studio bedroom and a separate ample bathroom, like an annex . It's separate to the main house with just a locked door between. It has a fridge, toaster, microwave and kettle. To top it all off the bed is so comfortable!!. The host Taj is a true gent and is super helpful and accommodating. Oh did I mention location is great too only 5miles away from JQ (18min drive).

for the price and last minute nature of the booking this was absolutely brilliant! double bed with extra blankets if necessary. the bathroom was also more than adequate. little table to put things on and there was even a fridge and microwave if I needed it.

The host and his family are extremely nice and helpful! When i arrived, i was all wet and cold from the rainy weather and they immediately came to me and put on the heating and brought me an extra electrical heater to warm myself up. The flat is super clean and you really have everything you need. Spacy bathroom and living room, warm and cozy bed. It´s a bit far from the city center but thanks to this fact really quiet, especially at night. A big Asda is around the corner and also a bus stop.

Fantastic value for money, spacious, clean and tidy room, amazing bathroom. Fridge, microwave, toaster, hairdryer even a hot plate, pot and everything you need to cook a simple meal. I highly recommend it. Taj was very friendly and caring and nothing was a trouble for him. Fantastic host, fantastic place to stay for a great value. Every detail was thought of to make your stay enjoyable I will definitely stay again.

I was overall very happy with this place, because was well equipped and clean. Good size of a room and amazing size of the bathroom( with huge bathtub) that belongs only to this room. I liked the separate entrance and the hosts were very kind and helpful. So many useful things in the room: mini fridge, kettle, cups, cutlery and blankets. Asda is in 10 minutes walking distance. I enjoyed my stay here.

Was made to feel very welcome, super polite and courteous. Room was a good size and the bed was super comfy. Everything I needed plus extras like fridge, microwave etc. Great size bathroom with shower and huge bath. Everything was lovely and clean.
