Quiet hours are observed from 11 pm - 7 am. Violators will be charged a £200 fee. This property uses CCTV/Ring Cameras to ensure guest security. The camera devices are located in communal areas within the property and not in private spaces. Tampering with the devices is strictly prohibited and will result in a £200 fee. Please note that not all CCTV cameras are live; some serve as visual deterrents only.

Please note the £35 per hour Late Checkout Fee. If the guest gives short notice of a late check-out, or if our cleaners are already en-route or on-site but unable to proceed with cleaning, due to a guest remaining at the property, a £35 per hour late check-out fee will be incurred in addition to the cleaning fee.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests don't receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

A damage deposit of £300 is required. The property charges this days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
