We are a small local holiday let company that has lived in the area for over twenty years. We love where we live and we can be found, cycling, running or walking along the lovely beaches that dot our coast, enjoying the quiet lanes on our bicycles or running on the trails. We love supporting local events and can share our local secrets if looking for something different, to enjoying local one day courses with local artists, birdwatching trips at Rye Harbour Nature Reserve, or wine tasting at one of the many vineyards that are located in the 1066 area. Our aim is to offer a truly personal service to make your stay at one of our holiday cottages as relaxing as we possibly can. Any queries or issues you may have during your stay, we are here to help. Special occasion, need help planning your surprise, we know the best florists, bakers and restaurants to book, just ask. Jacqui has worked in the hospitality sector for over twenty years and she can't wait to welcome you to the cottages and apartments that we manage.

Rose Mullion Cottage is a delightful 3 bedroom property in the pretty village of Pett, close to Rye & Hastings. A listed property with a contemporary finish, it has all the comforts you could wish for, a home from home. Exposed beams, inglenook fireplaces and comfortable furnishings, help to make the cottage welcoming. A fully equipped kitchen, separate lounge and dining room, 3 bedrooms, one on the ground floor and large enclosed garden with trampoline and football goal post. Dog and family friendly located in a village setting. We allow one well behaved dog for an additional fee. PLEASE NOTE THERE IS A GROUND FLOOR WC & A FAMILY BATHROOM ON THE FIRST FLOOR WHICH IS ACCESSED THROUGH THE MASTER BEDROOM.

Neighborhood info

Pett is a small village very close to the coastal hamlet of Pett Level. There are two pubs, a post office, village shop and a tea room. There are footpaths very close by leading to stunning coastal paths or countryside. The towns of Rye & Hastings are less than 6 miles from the cottage. The closest beach is about 1.5 miles and is Pett Level, very popular with locals.
